I have started a new diet/exercise routine. I have a couple pictures as I will be updating my friends and fellow bloggers routinely. It gives me strength if I am tellin people about it. I do not know how to put pictures on here though so maybe my lovely friend Peggy will inform me of how to do this so that you can cheer me on as well!!! I am 222 lbs as of 3-18-09 my first goal is to lose 22lbs befor April 19th. I have made a bet with a fellow co-worker that I can lose that and she Currently weighs 156 lbs so her goal at first is 16 lbs by April 19th. Wish me luck as I wanna kick her ass, I hate losing. (contests that is, the weight I welcome to lose) LOL. Anyways, if I get more info I will add pics and I could really use support as I have never been this big in my life not even 9 months pregnant.
