Ok, where to start? I have been working out regularly and lost 12 lbsot the 20 I wanted to lose so I decided to take it up a notch. I can not cut calories anymore without being one of the starving children on the TV comercials so I decided to work out more. I was working out 3 days a week and started doing it daily last Monday is when I started doing it daily. However Shannon being the cluts that she is had a little mis-hap on Friday. I worked out Friday evening and then me and a few friends decided to have a BBQ (love summer time). At this BBQ I drank a bit and managed to fall down almost all of my stairs. I have about 30 stairs in my home and I was on my way down on the second stair from the top and somehow tripped on myself and fell. Knocked down a bunch of my pictures on my wall in my stair well and managed to fall all the way to the bottom. OUUUUUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got up and decided I was OK, and continued to hang out with my friends. However Saturday morning I woke up and thought I got ran over by a cement roller. Every muscle in my back is swollen and bruised, I am now living with my hot pad and unable to work out. Hopefully by this Friday I will be able to start working out again and lose this weight. Anyways wish me luck and I will keep you posted. :)
