Not Sure About Tomorrow

CC is playing coy and keeping her distance. She's been on the patio and (I think) came inside for the wet food this evening. If she's still acting coy tomorrow I'll just tell the vet she'll have to wait a bit longer.

This afternoon I did my bi-monthly good deed and gave blood. It was definitely red enough today. I got a bright purple sort of tote as a "premium." They used to give t-shirts. The best one of those said "every three seconds someone needs some." It was very popular, and a significant number of people made sure that they got one. Of course, there were a few who thought the message did not refer to blood.

Vacuumed this morning--got to replenish the supply of cat hair in the vacuum bag. I wonder how long it will take me to fill the bag again.

After giving the blood I went to Arby's for lunch and started reading a new book--Aunt Dimity: Vampire Hunter. So far, it's cute. I'll probably have it finished by tomorrow night at the latest. And, I just discovered it's the 13th in the series. Lot of catching up to do.

Oh--by the way--Aunt Dimity is deceased.

Tomorrow I have (tentatively) earmarked for outdoor stuff. I haven't seen a weather forecast to know if I'll be able to.

Back to Aunt Dimity.
