We decided that since the day of our final homestudy meeting is rapidly approaching (4 days...) our house should be extra-presentable. As I am in the middle of a compressed 2-week grad class, and Doug is trying to get our basement finished, we decided to splurge and hire a cleaning company.

Ahh, the bliss. They will come tomorrow while I'm in class. I will arrive home, and the house will be MUCH cleaner than it is now, I hate to admit.

I myself am getting a little nervous about the final meeting. It's not that I think we won't pass; on the contrary, it rather seems like our social worker is going through the motions because we've already "passed." It's just having someone you've only met twice in your lifetime asking personal and financial questions is rather unnerving.
