-----------------------------------
The celebration of my brother-in-law's wedding came to a close this weekend as a last reception was held in their honor for people who didn't make it down to Atlanta. There was a keyboard player who was performing background music/entertainment while we ate, and afterward my new sister-in-law danced with her father. Well, don't you know that Party Boy Roman toddled right out there and began turning circles, grinning, and turning circles again to the music! He was absolutely hilarious... he would turn two or three times, stop to gain his bearings, grin at the keyboardist (or the bartender, or a guest - whoever he was facing) and then start twirling again... repeat as necessary until the song ends, or you stagger and fall on your butt, whichever comes first!

He had half the room in stitches of laughter before the night was through. He was such a good boy throughout the whole shindig - wandering around, going to people without fear - ate an entire grilled cheese sandwich, fries, and half of Mr. Van Gelderan's cheesecake dessert (this because Roman attempted to climb right into his lap. Luckily, Mr. VG is a grandpa himself). He grinned at all the right people, and it wasn't until 3 hours after we arrived when he finally began to fall apart and whine.

We told Roman that he was probably the talk of the "Dutch Mafia" this morning, because of his entertainment last night!
