A/P: Neck Deep in New Work

Student "edition" found at {csi dot journalspace dot com}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

Second middleman between the school president and student council president day.

Brother Kenneth asked me where was the program for the student council's team building I had promised when he saw me during his regular rounds of the school building. I said that it was still under revision by the invited speaker who was a former head facilitator herself. And when I saw the president and the facilitator some minutes later, I passed on the message, just to be told that they had met the brother on their way up, and he had the same inquiry.

Besides that, there was also the question of the dance troupe wanting to write a letter to the brother directly about their next activity.

I had to (on the fly) tell them that they don't have to ask permission or support from the brother unless the activity is schoolwide.

If it's only the college students, then the standard form will do.

But if they want to have the integrated school students, teachers, staff and maybe outsiders join, as well as coinciding it with the school's foundation day celebration, then they will have to inform the president's office of their intention to include it in their plans of coordination between the various offices not to have any conflict.

I hope no other organizations have that idea. Otherwise, if it's just some informal inquiry, then they can just write to the email the brother gave us all directly, just to get the pulse.

For the withdrawal, leave of absence and clearance forms, I now have left the science lab signature to the technician there, and before I clear the student affairs office, there has to be an initial of the discipline officer.

Session 2179 still has to toe the line between totally frustrating red tape and absolutely no bureaucracy at all. Class dismissed.
