Questionable Acts

Student "edition" found at {csi dot journalspace dot com}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

And it's official: December 5 won as the date most faculty signed up (out of three given days) when the day-long recollection will be done.

That's a Friday, since it means there will be no classes for the college, does that come already figured in the readjustment of the finals schedule? When one of the other options was Dec. 8, when there are already no classes?

So there will, in fact, only be three days of classes next week.

For me, it might even be two and a half as the Office of Student Affairs work (the second session of what I mentioned yesterday) is set.

Now I'm finding I don't have as much time as I thought in finishing the topics I have for my classes, especially since yesterday I also was not able to go to class, and that will have to be made up.

@@ More news about a certain student: his two "crushes" (to put it mildly) were in the hallway yesterday trying to make their radio project work, and he passed by. One was on the phone.

That's one way to get rid of him, as it still seems highly ingrained in him never to interrupt someone unless they're not doing anything.

Also, I was told by another student about the behavior he has in a nearby spa.

He asks for the chair to be brought into the private room, this big lumbering thing that can be raised or lowered for the barber's convenience.

He also has a mirror (the large one used for the patrons to see how their new haircut looks like from the back) positioned in front of him while he's seated, and he won't sit down until the mirror's angle is right to look at himself.

And only his hands and feet are being massaged! Too eccentric!

The masseuse once told him they don't allow that anymore, and he said they don't have any rules written that says that.

Well, they could easily do so because it's too inconvenient for the staff and it's not worth how much the massage is worth to put up with all the trouble he's causing.

Session 2467 wonders if this attitude towards servers has always there or exacerbated by this new obsession. Class dismissed.
