Grossness Warning: Up

Student "edition" found at {thoughts dot com slash typed no space out no space loud slash blog}.

Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

I was surprised that the person in charge of the blood extraction at our annual physical earlier was good enough that she was able to find my vein only switching arms once.

That's compared to two years that it has been flubbed by the previous medical provider.

@@ It was, pardon the crudeness, the first time I had to give a stool sample in school, instead of in the comfort of my own home. This is because I didn't get a cup yesterday.

And in retrospect, maybe I shouldn't have eaten corn so eagerly yesterday either.

@@ Thank goodness that it wasn't a test tube for the urine sample anymore, but another cup.

I can only imagine the difficult time the ladies must have with it the past years.

@@ I was also able to slide by another year without having to be recommended glasses.

I know my far sight isn't perfect, but even seeing blurry shapes of letters before they actually come to focus is enough for me to be able to identify them.

After all, I've been a bus commuter for at least two decades now, I have to be able to eliminate what bus I should hail meters before it passes me on the street.

@@ I haven't even given up the horse yet, and people around me are already planning that in the next school year I should be the one to lead them.

It's flattering, but as the speaker of our heroes seminar said, there are prerequisites to be thought out before accepting these big challenges, and I'm not sure I'm up to that.

@@ But there are certain things that I still know I don't want to happen next school year, wherever I may be.

And I have spoken out about it, the only time I have ever expressed such an opinion.

So maybe that will have some weight, being agitated enough to speak up now.

Session 2611 hasn't got a long subject to talk about for now. Class dismissed.
