Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

So I'll write on a Saturday, is it? But what will I write about? Nothing much happened since last night.

Well, there was the session of the brother president from 8pm to around 930pm. I thought personally that it was not that well organized, just skimming through the slides and not giving the details of the life of the founder.

I'm sure a lot of the people here would have found parallelisms in the fact that someone the founder had helped had lied to him.

To be real honest, since the likelihood is real low that anyone the brother will be in contact with will read this, and it is not a malicious criticism anyway, there are times when you think the brother is already finished with his speech because he is speaking real low and slow, then he perks up again.

He also likes peppering his talks with real life recent tragic events in the lives of the students, faculty or alumni.

He did this with the suicide two years ago, and now he did it again with the student who is in a coma due to a facial.

@@ I thought the real facilitator of the recollection would be here by late evening, but apparently he is only showing up today.

I still will be asking him for an apology. I am typing this out by the way before breakfast, because I do not know if there will be enough time between sessions later for me to post this. I am in the hut right outside the dining area, on whose eaves the router used to be located, but I cannot see it now.

@@ Also, it seems that I will still be pushing through with my trip to Harvard Street in QC later.

I will get there in the evening, but it is the only time the person I want to talk to is available, not tomorrow.

@@ One of the problems with knowing one is good at something, as in this example mathematical computations, is that during the rare times that one is wrong, one has the confidence, no matter how misplaced, that the calculations made are right, until the realizations sinks in.

It could be as simple as six thousand plus two thousand equals ten thousand, or that eighteen thousand plus eight thousand equals twenty eight thousand. It is usually borne of lack of sleep or preoccupation.

But when it happens, it is very embarrassing, even when no one else knows of the error. Having it happen twice when dealing with paying other people makes it all the more important to be more careful.

@@ I got to say, our mission office head still has the touch. When the HR director asked for brewed coffee last night, she was declined.

But when it was our recollection coordinator who did it, it was provided, free of charge. Of course they know that he cannot be lying when he says that we do bring our student here often.

@@ Speaking of our former brother, he asked me to organize the amazing race like icebreaker activity last night.

Session 2937 was glad for the logistic problem distraction provided. Class dismissed.
