So, I went to the Orange County Fair yesterday with my father and brother. It was mostly a waste of time for the 5 or so hours we spent wandering the fair. Lots of food, a few fun carnival games, no rides that really seemed to grab us.

But at 8, we got to the real reason we were there - "Weird Al" Yankovic. That's right, "Weird Al" was playing the OC Fair, so we headed on down to see him. That man sure does put on a show! :) It was tons of fun, and it did make up for the hours we spent bored and wandering the fair.

In other news, I finally managed to overcome a major personal handicap in order to attempt something I haven't done since junior high school. Results were...mixed, but I think I can try again without feeling utterly petrified.

Anyway...life is, as always, somewhat confusing.
