I'm sitting in my CCP office waiting for the final papers from my English 102 class. It was the most fun because I chose my own books to teach:

Death of a Salesman
The Metamorphosis
The Post Office
Fight Club

The students were rather quiet, but I think they had fun. Or not. Who knows? There was an administrative flap at CCP that caused the student evaluation forms not to be distributed prior to the last class day. That means there won't be any formal evaluation of me. It would have been nice to know. Wouldn't it be cool if we could give anonymous surveys to our firneds and have them tell us what out strengths and weaknesses are? It would be fun to give them to ex-girlfriends too!

Anyhoo, I worked and worked on "Thule" but I'm not going to send it out yet. I've come up with some nonviolent, nonsexual scenarios to include and that sort of revision takes time.

In the meantime, I put together a packet of poems for the "Columbia Review." It is very violent and very sexual, but goddamn, it was fun to write!

I'll be done with Widener tomorrow and the Temple on Tuesday. Getting closer, getting closer.

LIQUID SKY
