I need to focus on some good Rose moments today:

Rose and I were in the bathtub. I told her I loved her even when she screamed and cried. I loved her when she was happy, and I loved her when she was sad. She watered me with the red and yellow watering can while she sang, “I love you when you’re sad. I love you when you’re bubbled. I love you when you’re wet. I love you when you push.”

I couldn’t get David to eat. I tried feeding him on my lap, and he shoved the spoon away, flinging it to the floor. Rose bent down and picked it up for me. Most days Rose insists we pick up her spilled cheese, rice, chips, etc. She picked his spoon up with no attitude, gracefully.
