John and I don't really do Mother's Day, but Rose does. She's been planning it, prepping it, discussing it, hinting about it for weeks now. I got my breakfast in bed. Rose gave me a beautiful picture frame that she had made at school with shells and sparkly paint and I got a year of the horse (my year) banner. And then she gave me a hand massage.

Actually, she and David gave me the hand massage. She massaged my hands as she had learned how to do in school from a classmate's mother, and David tumbled all over me and got in the way. It was all extremely sweet. Then she brought home a flower she/Uncle Dan bought me at Sunday School.

John made dinner and did the dishes. Oh wait, he does that every day.
