Passover is my favorite holiday. I love the story. I love bringing the china up from the basement. I love the long to do list, the children chanting the four questions, the very sweet wine. I love the kids singing dayenu for days beforehand and the house tempting us all with the smell of carrot soufflé. I love the sayings of our fathers, who knows one. I love actually being able to participate because the children have gotten so independent.
