We had our sedar Monday night, but the matzah continues--matzah with melted cheese, matzah peanut butter and jelly, matzah brie. Last year, we almost ran out of gluten-free matzah, so this year we are working our way through five boxes.

We had John's parents join us for the first time. That was really special. My favorite parts are finding all the china and the silver and the good glasses no not those ones the other ones, finding the table cloth no not that one the purple one, delegating more and more prep tasks to the children, and still running low on steam even though I do none of the cooking. The kids polished the silver, rolled wet clothes for one of the two ritual hand washings, made the salt water, prepped the parsley, peeled the eggs, set the children's table, gathered the pillows, helped make the salad plates, put out the charosetz, and attempted to peel the bitter herb.

Everybody sang, and the kids did a beautiful job with the four questions. Everybody ate a lot of delicious food.
