Rose had another great camp this week. This time it was a sketch comedy and improve class offered by our local theater. And by local I mean 10 blocks away, so she could walk both ways by herself. Hallelujah for camps that don't involve parental transportation.

The camp leaders were wonderful, very lively and inspiring. Every day she came with new games that we all wanted to try. Drama games are right in the sweet spot for non-competitive, support each other, let yourself take imaginative risks. The key words for improve are "yes" and "and." She went alone and ended up making friends.
