I am proud of me today. I got a e-certificate from nike+ for logging 100 miles on my nike+ Ipod. I walked a lot of those miles, but I ran a bunch too. I has taken me 4 months, but I did it! I wonder if I get one for 200 miles?

So the bad news in this is that I haven't lost any weight...but I am definately going to keep it up. Its such a sense of accomplishment to be able to set a goal and watch your progress as you go along.
