Drop the "g" -- it's Whiskey and Kissin'

I woke up this morning and wrote a bluegrass song entitled "Whiskey and Kissin'," which I sing in the key of E. I am extremely satisfied with my song, and I look forward to singing it often. Especially at my party, and especially if the subject of the song happens to come to the party to jam. Oh, hilarity will ensue. I don't know if I'll sing it if his wife comes, too (when he asked if he could still come to my party, I told him to bring his wife), because something about that seems kind of cruel; she may not know it's about her husband, but he'll know. On the other hand, he did kiss me.

I'm feeling paranoid about writing the song lyrics here, because of, I don't know, copyright fantasies (it's a really good song). So I won't put them here. But anyone who's coming to my party will hear it. And for my friends who can't make it to California, I promise I will someday make it out to where you are and I'll bring my guitar.

So I officially took possession of my apartment on Saturday while I was at the GOF, but I haven't actually been in it yet. I think I'll go there tomorrow.

But now I'm going to go play Whiskey and Kissin' for my sister.
