Today is my 1st rejectiversy, which means that my first rejection was 1 year ago today. We had sushi and nifty desserts to celebrate...well, ok, we had them, and it was on our rejectiversy, so I guess that counts, right? I need to get more things out there, tho. Collecting editorial assistant autographs, you know.

I'm currently using my new 'keyboard of the gods'. Someone in the advertising dept needs to get a life. I mean, it's nice having an ergonomic keyboard and finding one for $20 was good, but 'of the gods'? Like all advertising, it's pretty vague. I mean, which gods? Did they like it? Did one of them try it out and not like it? I can see it now...there's a god of keyboards who's stuck with it by default. All right, all right, it's a good keyboard. :) But still, you gotta wonder.

I'm currently avoiding editing, but I think I'll do some of that tomorrow. And pick up mice. And return the DVDs. Ick. I just knew there was a reason we hadn't been to Blockbuster in about a year, and I think I've remembered. It's a pain.
