Well, happy Beltane. I wish I were Chinese for a week. Oh, well.

Got Andreas back for the weekend, which is good, because otherwise someone would be hurt for sending him to other states on our anniversary. (not him...there's an evil genius who comes up with these trips. Well, maybe not a genius.) What are we doing, you might ask, if you were just that bored? Well, he's taking me to see the feel-good romance of the year (Kill Bill vol. 2), and I'm taking him to lunch/dinner/linner at Bamboo Club. In tangenital news, travel garment steamers are a good thing. Yay.

All remaining pets are still alive, for those interested, including Spot, our free-range jumping spider. He was looking a bit down in the fang earlier, but it was probably because it's hard to menace people when they keep telling you you're cute.

Well, it's officially May 2nd. Time to contemplate sleep.
