I really need to keep a list of places I won't shop at anymore, so here's a start:

1. e-horselovers.com. Reason: automated system takes card number, sends e-mail saying the order is received and will be shipped and that I'll receive an e-mail again when it's shipped. One week later and it hasn't shipped. I complain. Three days after that, I'm told that they sent me an e-mail a week or so ago with the final total plus shipping and requested my approval and that they can't ship the thing I ordered without that approval. Never got that e-mail, not in my inbox, and an overall stupid system. Net result is that I ended up not getting my mother something for her birthday once again.
