Today was my day off, and hubby had the day off too, so we had planned on spending the morning together before he left for 4 days to go visit the outlaws...

Today our mail gets here, and the judgement we had in our favor for the eviction was suspended and a continuance was ordered due to an oversight that happened. The tenant's lawyer had contacted the court office and notified them he was not available to appear for the tenant on the date of our hearing.

grrrrr

So we will have to appear back in court next week, and deal with this nimwit lawyer.

And if that isnt bad enough, our hot water heater sprung a leak at 11:00 pm tonight!

when it rains, well, it rains hot water! LOL

If I didnt laugh, I would definately be crying...

on a good note tho, this evening, before our hot water heater sprung a leak, daughter and I went shopping for shoes for the prom, we had a blast trying on different kinds of shoes and ended up finding a very cute pair of silver shoes that match her dress perfectly!

Tomorrow is a new day, so I am going to go to bed and put today behind me.
