I woke up in a better place this morning, even tho we dont have hot water lol

I called the plumber, he is coming to take a look at the hot water heater today, also informed me we have a credit of 89 bucks from a miscalculation on their end from work that was done 2 years ago, so that will be taken off our bill for the hot water heater.

I called the home owner insurance, and put in a claim for the damage done to the carpet and walls from the water spraying all over the place. Our plumber will call the insurance company and give them the estimate. God willing we will only have to pay for the part that malfunctioned and they will replace the whole hot water heater through the insurance company.

Not too bad of a day here at work. All is quiet, its the psycho's day off from work :) I did some problem solving with some billing issues for the big boss, he was delighted that I was able to correct the problem and get the proper credits applied to our account. :) I really like working thursdays, everything seems to flow nicely, and its a nice place to work, I rather enjoy everyone else I work with...


I am off to have lunch now...
