well aint karma a kick in the ass....

I was so elated about the gas man turning off the tenants gas that I never checked to see if our gas was working....

so guess what happened tonight when I went out to the kitchen to cook dinner?

yup

you guessed it

we got no gas! HA HA HA HA HA HA! When we realized what had happened we could do nothing more than laugh!

No big deal tho, I called the gas company and they are coming out and turning OUR gas back on, and keeping THEIR gas off! The gas company apologized profusely, meanwhile we are laughing. The poor girl didnt understand what was so funny, but was just grateful that we werent yelling at her!!

So here we are, waiting for the gas company, hoping like hell the tenant lets them back in to turn on the gas. We have an alternative plan if they decide to decline, we will call the cops... which I hope doesn't happen!

I still can't help but laugh, cuz, ya know, thats JUST our luck!!

I aint real mad about it, cuz its just one of those things... Just makes me real grateful that we did pay our gas bill on time!!
