Today, our training class had a test on all that we have learned this week. I scored 100!! We took the test first thing this morning, and they put me on the phone right away. I did quite well too. It wasnt busy, so I was able to take my time with the calls that did come in and handled them without a problem!

I took my boy fishing tonight, it was kinda lame, the fish were stealing all the bait off the hooks and refused to be caught. But the cool thing out of it all, the guy who owns the baitshop that we go to, offered to take my son out fishing tomorrow with his kids! So lil man will be out on a boat fishing with someone who knows more than me about fishing, and maybe can show my son a few things. I thought it was very cool of Mike to offer to take him, and my son knows his kids from school, so my son is very excited about this, except for the fact he has to be up at 6 am!

Just a little bit of painting left to do, and we can start on the mega projects on the apartment. We do have an interested candidate in the apartment, we are awaiting for the background check and credit check to come in to see if all is good. I hope it works out, It would be nice to have that monthly income back.


Other than that, things have been quite uneventful here, it seems now that these former tenants are gone, all the drama left with them. no cops, no children and youth, no truant officers, no code enforcement. Not that I miss that drama, but it did give me some interesting things to write about!
