so, yea, its been a while... always an excuse, never enough time.... you know how it goes, and the next thing you know, 2 years have flown by before you know it!

what to say...

with all that has been going on with family, my mother passing away, father in law in for heart surgery, daughter in her senior year of high school, son in his first year of middle school... and work being work... it is so hard to find the time to write/blog/journal. I made a decision, I am going to attempt to write at least once a week. I think making a broad statement of once a day is me setting myself up for failure!

I am still working at the mail order pharmacy, I have been there over 2 years now! I still love the job for the most part and when mom was sick, they were pretty wonderful about making sure I got the time I needed to be there with her. I have had a few promotions in the time I have been there, and am now working my way towards becoming a CPhT (certified Pharmacy Tech) which will open many doors for me. I am involved with a study group that meets once a week, and by the end of next month, we are taking the exam, god willing I will pass!

I just found out this evening that a friend died of a heart attack. He was just 38 years old. He leaves behind a beautiful wife, a 14 year old and an 11 year old. This has left me spiraling, I just don't understand life sometimes, or death for that matter... RIP Scott... you are loved and will be missed...

well, I am at a loss, so I guess I will see y'all in a week! LOL
