I'm having some trouble starting a new story, so I thought I'd use my journal as a warm-up.

I don't have any news regarding Lone Star Stories or any of my own submissions.

I'm on something of a poetry-writing kick, which is amusing because it's not a strong area for me. I'm really beginning to wonder if my writing is inherently short, whether in prose or poetry format. Perhaps I'm one of those people who does not have a novel in them, only lots of little stories and brief poems.
Well, I think I'll go write something short now...
