I celebrated my 34th birthday today, and I took a step back to examine where my life is at present. I noted with pleasure the following: I am happily married; I have an adorable baby daughter; I have an excellent job starting in February; I'm writing more prose and poetry than ever; and I have started my own fiction webzine. In short, life is good. No, great.

No news on the Lone Star Stories or writing submissions fronts today, but I did play around with some poetry. Maybe something decent will arise from my compositions.
