Well, I was supposed to have until May 1st before my hours at the law firm increased, but we have too much to do for me to just work a little over 40 hours a week. So, I'm going to work 60 or 70 now. It'll be hard on me and my family, especially because my wife is a tax CPA just starting tax season.

How this will affect Lone Star Stories remains to be seen. I'm rather glad for a low submission volume now, but I still want to publish new works on a bimonthly schedule.

I don't have any writing-related news to share, and I doubt I will until this weekend. My own submissions have yet to draw any responses, but I'm sure that'll change soon enough.

I need to work on a lawsuit petition tonight, which will take up most of my post-dinner evening. So, I need to go eat and get cracking.
