I accepted a poem, "Sun's Stroke," by Lisa M. Bradley for Lone Star Stories, and I'm very pleased to have the first piece of poetry for the 'zine. Now, I just need a couple more stories and poems to have a nice, full issue for April....

I'm going to experiment a bit with my novel-writing tonight and try not to self-edit as I go. I'd like to see how many words I can generate that way. I've stalled, and this sort of exercise might clear the mental log jam.

I haven't heard much news regarding my fiction and poetry submissions. I've noticed that all of the poetry markets I've sent verses to are very slow in responding. I'm going to try not to read too much into that....
