I'm pleased to announce that I accepted an original poem, "Under the Farm," by David C. Kopaska-Merkel today for the April issue of Lone Star Stories. I now have two poems and two stories for the issue. Anything else I accept will be gravy.

During my daughter's mid day nap today, I began putting together the April issue. I also snapped a photo for Martha Wells' story, and I have ideas for photos for the other three works. All in all, the issue is taking shape nicely.

I have no writing news to report, and I'd like to change that tonight or tomorrow. I have no news to share on the submissions front, but that at least is out of my control.
