I managed to avoid writing more of my short story-in-progress today (which has reached the 2000 word mark) by editing the stories and poems for the June issue of Lone Star Stories. The editing is about 90% complete, but I still haven't taken any photos for the issue. Bad Eric.

Steven Utley has sent me a flurry of poetry and fiction to consider for L*S, and I chose another poem and another story, "More Trouble" and "Die Rache," which will appear in the October issue. I'm really pleased to have such good work to publish, and I'm even more pleased to have the August and October issues filling up at this early a date. I may not get a large number of submissions, but I certainly get high quality ones.
