Listening: "weathermen," Machines of Loving Grace
Mentally Replaying: meeting David Sedaris last night
I'd rather be: at home, playing with 360
Enjoying: new toys

So we're doing betas on different products and the newest is 360. Because it's in beta it's still insular and folks need to be invited. (If I know you I can/will invite you, if not... }:P)(Yeah I know I refused the gmail invites, this is why - it's a conflict of interests for me to beta-test products for my employer's competitors. Stop asking.)

360 is sorta Yahoo's answer to MySpace.com which I've never played with. I've looked at it and it just seems to be...busy, I guess. 360 is very similar, then, because it's got a lot going. The blog bit is only a part of it, there's also comments that's basically a forum for friends to talk about whatever, there's space for pictures, etc. I think it also has a connection to the Music Search Engine, if you've paid to join that system (it's in public beta...not sure how it's different from a normal product but, eh *shrug* I didn't produce it, but it is fun to play with).

And that's the thing with the new toy: either I spend time figuring it out (preferrably on my home computer where I can upload pictures and things) or I do work and I don't have time to play with it. I know...life is so hard for me. };> C'est la vie.

But it looks like a fun simple way to keep up with people without feeling like I need to actually have something to say. Cause I rarely do these days.
