So Ricardo never showed up to work today. He didn't even have the balls to tell us he was quitting either in person or by telephone. What a fucking chicken! Argh!! Oh well, what goes around comes around.

What really is fucked up is that MY schedule is always messed up by this shit and neither Manny nor Ashley realize that. (At least they didn't today) I had to come in today on my day off and now I forfeit one vacation day because I was dumb and told my boss that I'd be okay to work on Monday (stupid conscience). But that doesn't really seem to matter to either Manny or Ashley. All they could do is say how much this sucks. Besides the fact, the last two times Ricardo called in sick (or unable to come in to work), it was yet again, my schedule that was fucked up not theirs. Somehow, I don't think they have the right to be pissy.

Manny in particular is being very spiteful and mean. He told Lisa that he doesn't want to work nights alone anymore, yet as things are without Ricardo, there is no possible way for that to happen. Lisa explained that the West Hills store is the only store that actually has two people closing. The other three stores only have one person closing. She threatened to make it that way for good if he wanted it to be that way. She said she didn't want to do it, but she could. Frankly, after speaking with her tonight, she's really upset and I think is well on her way to a breakdown. She has so much to worry about between the two stores and unfortunately she's stuck in the Palisades store because there are only two people working that location. So really the things going on in the West Hills store is pretty much out of her hands. I mean what is she supposed to do?

I really don't need this shit right before my vacation. I think I am going to leave my phone at home because I truly do not want to deal with anything that's going on at work. On my vacation, work is out of sight out of mind.

Well I'm going to try and get some sleep, but I know it will be difficult since it's so damn hot in my room.
