I'm not feeling 100% but I think part of that is because I've been running around all day.

First, I went to Pierce College to find out if I needed to buy a different Biology book than the one I already own and what math book I needed to purchase. Last year, I had no problem finding that out during the summer session, but apparently this semester they changed their policy and are going to have the fall semester books on sale starting August 25th! What a waste! Oh well whatever.

After that my dad and I went to the market to do some food shopping. I bought some sandwich stuff to make Berek a sandwich for dinner tonight. Poor thing has to work today and so I thought I'd make him something to eat and bring it to him.

From there, I went with my mom to her doctor's appointment. She has dangerously high blood pressure and is going to be on 2 different medications to remedy it. Plus, she has to go on a strict diet limiting her sodium intake. Basically, she has to limit her dairy (ice cream, milk and cheese in particular), baked goods, and fast food intake. We waited there a good amount of time there, but at least I had reading material. I finally got the Veterinary Practice News Magazine that I wanted. :D Yay! Anyway, my mom is fine, but the doctor recommended that she seek legal counsel for the accident since she's still having a problems with her neck and back.

Now I have to wait and see if Carla, the new girl at work needs change before 7pm (which is when I'm going in to bring Berek's dinner). Today wasn't much of a day off, but I did get things done. Afterall, I managed to get my laundry done (most of it anyway).
