Well my monthly visitor has arrived. For once I'm glad. In any case, things can start to go back to the norm. I am pretty happy about that.

Berek unfortunately is sick today so he cannot share in my delight, but I'll take care of him.

I took my exam yesterday in my anatomy lab. I got a B. I thought I did better, but I guess I didn't. The only thing that I wish is that he would give us our tests back so that we can know what we missed so that we can re-learn those things for the cumulative final exam.

In any case, we went to the comic book store and picked up some books and then we headed to Border's where I picked up my usual Petshop of Horrors japanese graphic novel. I have fallen behind in reading those. I really like the concept of those books.

Then we headed to Jamba Juice which totally hit the spot! Berek and I took his dad home and then headed to Tower Records to browse around. They really didn't have all that much stuff that interested me so I didn't buy anything. I think Berek got a few things.

We headed to Office Depot afterwards, because I needed some new mechanical pencils. I can't really work with regular ones because they are too flimsy. Plus, I'd rather have a pencil in plastic than wood. Think of all the trees you save by avoiding to buy pencils made from wood. We were leaving there when Berek passed by a black Volkswagen car (new, I might add) where a little kitten was cooped up inside a cat carrier with nothing but the moon roof slightly open! It was a pretty warm day yesterday. He went and told the manager of Office Depot and she said she'd take care of it. We then pulled away from the space and watched to see who came out. After about 10 minutes of waiting to see if the owner would show themselves we were about to leave a message on a napkin for them, but then we saw the bitka come out. She was a twenty something woman who clearly had no idea as to what she did wrong. We would've reported her, but she didn't have a license plate on her car yet. We felt so bad for that kitten and we gave her a dirty look the whole time we saw her.

After that we headed home and we did some massive cleaning. Berek and I took care of the bathroom and kitchen. It took a couple of hours, but both are spic and span! Next will be the dining room and the living room.

I've been making dinners all week this week. So we had bacon, eggs, and belgian waffles with strawberry compote and whipped cream. It was a pretty good breakfast/dinner. :D I felt like we were at IHOP or something. We watched a show called, Showdog moms and dads and it was really funny and scary. People who show their animals are NUTS! LOL! Oh well....

So that was the extent of our day.
