So things are wrapping up for this week. It's not ending how I would've guessed, but then, when your boss unexpectedly is rushed to the ER for appendicitis, you're week isn't going to turn out anything close to what you thought. I hope he's okay, the last I heard was he was going to have surgery yesterday. I kept my fingers crossed for him.

I was figuring it would be a nice busy end to my work week, but instead, it's a slower, more tedious end of the work week. But I can deal. It'll give me a chance to work through a bunch of stuff. I have lots to do. :D

This weekend, I plan on taking it easy on Saturday. I will spend the day with Berek and then head over to my mom's house to spend the night until Sunday. (She's going to be alone and I want to be able to keep her company even if for just a day.) Then about noon on Sunday we're going to head over to my uncle's house for a Going-Away Party for my other Aunt and Uncle. They're moving to Wisconsin I guess. I'm going to make my famous yummy Maple Teriyaki Chicken Wings and Tapatio Dip. :D YUM! Can't wait!

On Monday we're going to hang out at home I'm guessing doing some last minute cleaning and organizing for our trip coming in 1 week from then. :D (EXCITED AND CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT!) We still have to figure out who is going to kitty-sit for us. I'm guessing it'll be a combination of two people, Ashley and my cousin, Crystal.

San Diego, I can't wait to get away from everything that I know. I just need a long and well-deserved break from it all. I've worked hard all year since last July for this next coming week and finally, it has come.

I'm so excited...
