So when I went to work and weighed in, I was shocked to find that I again had lost some more weight. 2 more pounds gone! Woot! I'm doing it! I'm actually doing it! I'm sure that most women out there have attempted a diet and then failed because of temptation and poor self-control (both of which I have yielded to in the past). But here I look at myself and notice the changes. I can eat smaller portions and get filled up by them. (Today I ate a lean pocket and a yogurt with some water and I was pretty full after that.) I mean, wow! Whereas before I'd have gone to like IHOP and ate a whole 3 egg omelette with 3 slices of bacon and french fries and only by the time I finished the fries would I be full. :) This is to say nothing about the sodas I would've drank between bites! :) I'm so proud of myself. I really feel a whole lot different.

Last week, we went to Whole Foods and bought a whole crap load of veggies and now we're well over half-way finished! (Berek made a kickass stir-fry, GO SWEETIE!) I have more energy and I feel good. Ahhh, this is the life!
