BLAH! Why does this have to happen now? Why does it have to happen at all? I caught a nasty cold and I know exactly where I caught it from. I got it from this girl in my health class on Monday. We were taking a questionaire and all I heard was her trying to snort her snot (gross by the way...)! She sat behind me, but one row over. Ack! I knew I was going to get it too. She walked past me several times to get some tissue to blow her nose. She shouldn't have been in class that day. Yeesh! I had to skip classes yesterday because I was feeling crappy and I had to miss work today because I'm feeling much worse. Aargh! This sucks!!

So the wedding planning was quiet there for awhile, but now we're under the realization that we're approaching the 2 year mark and honestly, we all know we're going to need all the time we can get! Berek and I are taking Friday, March 3rd off so that we can go to a couple of places that we might like for the wedding and reception. I want to to it around the same time our wedding is going to take place so that we know what the sites are going to look like on our wedding date. Which, by the way, we are pretty confident that it'll be on March 1st. :) March 1, 2008! Woot!

I've decided that the ring bearer is going to be my mom's dog "Dinky". :) I think it'll be really cute and it'll give my mom a little extra something to do to ensure that she feels like she's a part of everything. So we're looking for harnesses and leashes in the color palette that Berek and I have chosen: ice blue, white, lavender and sage green. I may have found the pattern for my dress, but I'm not counting out suggestions. It's going to be very pretty. We're also hashing out the guest list (which is proving to be very challenging). My mom doesn't want more than 120 people, but since my dad's family and his dad's family is quite large, I'm not sure that's going to be possible. Right now, without his parents list of family and friends that they would like to invite, our list stands at 115 people! Oy!

So that's what's been going on. Aside from me being sick and a little overwhelmed...things are going okay.
