Today, I simply took a moment. After I got home from school, I took a moment for myself. I stood outside and watched the wind play with the branches of the nearby trees. There were some birds soaring in the wind and I watched. I took several deep breaths and practiced some yoga breathing exercises. It was liberating! There was nothing and yet everything existed in this mutual harmony. I had a good moment.

The rest of the day consisted of me doing whatever the hell I wanted. Most of all, I played the flute today! It has been 6 months since I've played. As soon as I started playing, it all came back as if those days were yesterday. I couldn't believe that I remembered ALL of the songs that I fiddled with on it. They were my warm-up tunes and I got them all. Now, granted my sound wasn't perfect. An embouchere (I think that's how it's spelled) takes time to perfect and after having not played consistently at all in the last 7 years, there's no way that I'd be able to perfect that right off the bat...be nice though.

I spent time with Da Boyz today. They were cute and a lot of fun. Naboo is such a character. :D In any case that's about it. Again, nothing special...just a day to reflect and feel myself as part of all that surrounds me.
