According to fire personnel during a debriefing this morning, the decreased temperatures and increased humidity have made a tremendous difference. We're now looking at a return to our homes in a matter of days, not weeks.

Of course, it ain't over 'til it's over, but I still have a much better feeling about this. And, assuming everything is still standing, once we're settled back in, Shawn and I are definitely going to the North Shore Cafe and seeing what the new Spice of the Day is.
