In two weeks' time, Hunter's gone from wobbling to toddling. Once he started getting his confidence up, he seemed to start walking practically overnight.

The latest milestone in the communications arena was when I was feeding him some cereal last night. When we were down to the last couple of bites, he'd had enough, which he conveyed by actually saying, "Done," clamping his mouth shut, and, after a brief pause while he was obviously thinking, flapping his hands around in an approximation of the sign for "all done."

Wow. This is up there when he was trying to explain to us how his "run the ball through the crossing tubes" toy worked, complete with expressive babble, ball-waving and gestures.

And, in a completely unrelated note, Shawn and I have finally started watching Firefly, and we are completely hooked. I do hope the movie generates enough buzz/profit to get the series started up again.

PS. If you're in the market for cloth diapers, I've got some that Hunter's outgrown up on eBay.
