Hey, I'm back!

We had a pretty okay trip - weather was too cold, theme parks were crowded, lines were long, and our flight had mechanical problems, so they pulled us off, sat us in the airport, and then told us that we'd get out 6 hours late, on a different plane...then when THAT plane came in, it had mechanical problems also. What's the chances of THAT!?! Everyone else seemed to be going out like clockwork.

So we got put up in a hotel and flew out at 6 am. Lots of fun when you have two small kids. Of course, United doesn't care. They talk like they're doing you a big favor by getting you on a plane at all! They kept saying, "we've CREATED this flight specially for you - it's a new flight, the only reason we have it is so we can get you from Orlando to Chicago." I was like, "no you didn't 'create' a new flight, you just delayed OUR flight 18 hours, until you finally get a plane in here to get us what we paid for - transportation outta here."

All in all, how can a Disney trip be bad? We had fun, even when it was cold and crowded.

I would have preferred an extra day and night in Disney, however, to spending all day in an airport then finally getting out a day late.
