As Eric Mayer pointed out in the comments section of my recent post about a mystery by Eleanor Taylor Bland, the Chicago area author passed away on June 3rd.

It was a pretty odd coincidence that I finally got around to reading her book, and posting about it, at basically the same time that she passed away.
