The good reason why I haven't been posting much in the last couple of weeks is because I had a family visit. Yay! The bad reason is because I've been sick with an irritating feverish infection that didn't quite clear up with the first round of antibiotics...and then, since I didn't get myself back to the doctors soon enough, it got a lot worse in the last few days. I finally got some more antibiotics yesterday, and I'm hoping to start feeling noticeably better soon.

In the meantime, this is what I've been doing most of the time, and this is absolutely what I was most thankful for this Thanksgiving:


This time last year, I had no idea that we would be celebrating Thanksgiving 2008 with Mr Darcy - or of just how happy that would make me, and how much I would love being a mom.

I am feeling very, very lucky right now...even as I take my antibiotics. ;)
