So it's over half way into the month. I haven't posted every day, but have tried for something healthy every day, even if I didn't always succeed. I think I'm doin OK, and I'm feeling pretty good these days.

Yesterday's lunch was a large butternut squash soup. OMG, it's the best. I need to learn how to make this soup. I munched on a couple of healthy things that were in the kitechen, but that was about it. I had a very reasonable appetizer at happy hour with my workmates, seared ahi sashimi. So overall, yesterday was a success in healthy eating, and in no sugar.

Today will probably not go as well. I've got tickets to see Harry Potter at midnight with some freiends, which means most likely junk food and soda. I hope to get a nap in between coming home from work and going out to the movie, but sometimes, I just cannot convince myself to stay asleep for a nap that will be of any value. Maybe I'll get a walk in at lunch. Sounds like a plan.

RENT comes out next week. Woo! There's a Tuesday night midnight showing at the dome that is probably going to be packed with singing RENT-heads (uber-fans of the musical) I'm sooo going. So thats two midnight shows within a week. I'll see how I fare.

So, this week has been the attempt at no sugar. Next week is Thanksgiving so I am not sure what the most viable goal is going to be. Perhaps actual exercise, as I have been pretty much half-assing actual activity for the most part this month. *shrug*

We shall see.
