Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

"I collect lines and snippets of things somebody might say -- . . . then characters begin to emerge." - Richard Ford

The day began with sunshine, blue skies, and a light breeze. By afternoon the clouds began coming in and followed by winds. By late afternoon and into the early evening the rains came.

Our day was spent getting the apartment ready for the inspection. I know why the housing authority does this but it feels so invasive. Thank heavens we are not total slobs so there isn't much to take care of except for the hot spots and to move some boxes away from the bedroom windows. Windows must be accessible for egress in the event of an emergency you know.

I am feeling a little bit better but I am not feeling tip top yet.
