Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

I am a tired puppy. I got up this morning and went for my walk. Today, I learned there are 10 inclines and not seven. I notice on the ones of lesser grades, I don't get so winded but the other ones really do me in.

I'm averaging about three walks a week. This isn't a bad thing since my 70 minute walks can be broken down into 30 minute walks, and then I am walking approximately five days a week.

Today the small of my back ached and my trapezius muscles are sore. It is amazing how various parts of my body feel the effects of walking.

I had just enough energy to go do a load of wash. I find it soothing to be at the laundromat when I am the only one there.

After this, I am done for the day.
