Five good things

Oy. I may be emerging from the depths or this may be a temporary blip of respite. It has been the worst time, but hey ho, I'm still here.

Five good things:

1. Living by the sea, being able to walk along the beach, different every time but always soothing, healing.

2. The photo-a-day project, giving a person something harmless to concentrate on. Today was 'a corner', so I spent hours really looking at things I hadn't noticed before, forgetting about everything else, just seeing different corners.

3. Yoga with my favourite mad Buddhist yoga teacher. Keeps me in the room, body and soul, away from what ails me.

4. Music. I'm still stuck on Bowie - I only have a proper music set-up in the car and I've been listening to Blackstar round and round as I drive. Here's a link - I can't watch as I find the visuals too disturbing, but the music is exactly what I need right now
