Christine's New Chapter

After having insomnia Sunday night, last night I actually pulled down ten solid hours of sleep. Woo! Woke up feeling on top of the world this morning.

Unfortunately, the dog had chewed her bandage off (from where she had laser surgery yesterday) and I had to sit on her to rebandage it. That kind of drained my energy this morning.

And then off to Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where I donated platelets today (I even have my own chart! Makes me feel special). And the movie was The Runaway Bride (yes, many jokes were cracked by the hospital staff - life imitating art type stuff).

Good movie. Great romance. Got my brain ticking while the last bit of saline solution and anti-coagulent(sp) was dripping back into my veins, so that's always a plus.

But now I'm back to where I was yesterday, pre-ten hours of sleep. Feeling a bit deprived, somehow.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
